Our Work

A collection of spaces we've been lucky enough to bring to life

Each project here tells its own story. Some pushed us to rethink what we thought we knew, others reminded us why we got into this field in the first place. We don't do cookie-cutter - every site, every client, every challenge gets a fresh approach.

West Coast Passive House

West Coast Passive House

This one was a real learning curve. Client wanted net-zero but didn't want it to look like a science experiment. Took us eight months of tinkering with the design, but we got there - passive heating, rainwater collection, the works.

Granville Tech Hub

Granville Tech Hub

Four-story workspace that actually feels good to be in. Natural light was huge here - nobody wants to work in a cave. Added green walls and a rooftop garden because, honestly, why wouldn't you?

Whistler Mountain Retreat

Whistler Mountain Retreat

When you've got views like these, the architecture needs to step back and let nature do the talking. Floor-to-ceiling glass, timber from local mills, and a layout that follows the slope instead of fighting it.

Coastal Commons Eatery

Coastal Commons Eatery

Restaurant design is tricky - needs to work for staff AND feel welcoming to diners. We played with different ceiling heights to create intimate zones while keeping sightlines open. Reclaimed wood, local stone, nothing too fancy.

Laneway Living Project

Laneway Living Project

Small footprint doesn't mean small thinking. This 650 sq ft laneway house packs in everything you need without feeling cramped. Smart storage, vaulted ceilings, and big windows make it feel way bigger than it is.

Heritage House Revival

Heritage House Revival

1920s character home that needed serious help. Kept all the good bones - original fir floors, crown molding - but updated everything behind the walls. Now it's got modern comfort with old-school charm.

Urban Wellness Studio

Urban Wellness Studio

Designed for calm in the middle of downtown chaos. Natural materials, indirect lighting, and acoustic treatment that actually works. It's become one of those spaces people don't want to leave.

Oceanside Contemporary

Oceanside Contemporary

Built to handle coastal weather while maximizing those ocean views. Cantilevered deck, storm-resistant glazing, and a green roof that helps with insulation. Engineering this one was a bit of a headache, but totally worth it.

Main Street Retail Hub

Main Street Retail Hub

Mixed-use building with retail below and offices up top. Had to work around some tricky zoning stuff, but we managed to create flexible spaces that've already housed three different businesses without major changes.

Gastown Warehouse Conversion

Gastown Warehouse Conversion

Old warehouse from 1912 that we turned into creative office space. Exposed brick, steel beams, new skylights - kept the industrial vibe but made it actually functional for modern work.

Garden District Family Home

Garden District Family Home

Family of five needed space that could handle chaos but still feel put-together. Open-concept living, mudroom that actually works, and a kitchen designed by someone who actually cooks. Real life, real needs.
